The food was nicely presented with a variety of options like toast, bread, cereal, and fruit; the location was convenient for exploring attractions and landmarks in south and east Ireland.

Exceptional value for the price. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. In my opinion, they were the ideal hotel reception staff. Our three bed room was clean, spacious and had free Wifi. I am happy I chose to stay at this hotel, and would gladly stay here again.

That was great hotel set in nice enough area, close to Crescent shopping centre and 10min drive into city centre and Ireland. The breakfast included toast, bread, cereal and fruit for everyone

This place is located extremely close to the conference center, on the outskirts of the city near a shopping center, the city center, and a bus stop.

Bright hotel and the location farther away from the city center was good and perfect. The extremely friendly staff gave good recommendations. Had silent king room with chocolates, top class TV, as example. Location: the property was right by In the centre of Limerick, off the bone restaurant and Off the bone gastric pub. Also, the place was not too far from Saint Nessan's Church.

Cozy and quiet rooms with incredibly comfy beds, coffee makers, ample space, and a TV. 🛏️ Breakfasts are a hit here!

We found the beds very comfortable and there was no noise which ensured a good nights sleep. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice

The biggest problem (and in our opinion a major one) was the fact that residents had to dine in the bar/lounge in the evenings. We could not understand why the Seasons Resturant was used for breakfast but not for dinner.We did notice however that the dining room was open for evening meals for Abbey Travel. This made us feel like "second class citizens" and we were forced to use the bar. As this was a leisure break and dining in a resturant is part of the experience we were very disappointed. The bar is not really conducive to dining. the ambiance is not really there. For this reason we would not recommend the hotel to any of our friends.

the air conditioning [heating system]failed to work despite two calls to the reception desk and following instructions assiduously. breakfast was more or less limited to Irish style...no cold meats or cheeses or yogurts as one would expect from a 4* hotel evening restaurant was not available...bar food only... again would expect more from a 4* hotel sauna was switched off half an hour before scheduled closing time

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived quite late on the day we staYed and we were still asked if we had eaten. Rooms were excellent very spacious with large double bed and then a separate sitting area with a couch also a table and chairs. Tv and stereo also in the room Bathroom well equipped with lots if toiletties We were a group of six and we all met for a few drinks in the bar. The bar was huge and decorated really well. Barman very friendly We all agreed that we would stay in this hotel again :-):-)
